Order Cancellation Policy

At Ad Et Raph, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Cancelling an Order

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in original condition

• Include original tags and packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, socks, or customised products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
